Express Entry
The program was launched in January 2015 with a vision, for Canada to meet its future requirements in the labor market in order to maintain its long-term economic growth. The program was introduced to help people apply for Canadian permanent residence under three categories.

Federal Skilled worker: This program is eligible for the ones who are skilled workers with some foreign experience.

Federal Skilled Trades: This Program is eligible for skilled workers based on being qualified in a skilled trade.

Canadian Experience Class: The program is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience.
Basic requirements: Basic requirements to apply for the express entry program are:

A valid passport.

National Occupation Classification

Educational Credential Assessment Report.

Language test for checking English proficiency or
Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadien (NCLC) for French

Canadian job offer letter (if you have one) Provincial nomination (if you have one)

Out of 1200 CRS points (Comprehensive Ranking System), a candidate needs to receive a good score.
If you score high enough on the CRS, you will get an Invitation to Apply (ITA). An ITA means you can apply for permanent residence in Canada.
